As you might know, I love vocal sound healing more than most things! It really has become the heart of my practice over the years.

I was delighted to be invited by my beloved friend Maggie Rose Cunningham to take part in a conversation about sound healing, joined by Laura Daligan and Katie Gerrard. We have known each other for many years, and each of us has studied our magical and healing crafts for well over 25 years. That’s a lot of experience in a zoom room – and led us down a winding path of discussion about the qualities present in healing songs, studies of the nervous system, the joys of singing to the land and the magic that can happen when we take a leap of faith and sing.
