A 21 day return to your Reiki roots, guiding you through connection, cleansing and self-healing. This journey will gift you with a stronger link to the Reiki source and a deeper understanding of the Reiki path than you ever had before.

Remember how exciting it was when you first received those Reiki attunements? The electric feeling of touching the outline of an aura for the first time, the peace you felt when you learned to do meditations that healed you? Remember how incredibly connected you felt?

If you’ve lost connection to your Reiki practice in recent years, you are not alone. The world moves around us at such speeds, and so much has changed in recent years. It is easy to forget that we have such a strong tool at our disposal to help us navigate it all! This course is for you – it will bring you back into connection with the Reiki source and with your own astonishing power as a healer.

Perhaps you’ve continued your Reiki meditations through out, but the routine is no longer providing you with the amazing results you remember. This course is for you too! I am sharing my personal favourite techniques and breaking down the old faithful meditations to remind you how powerful they are, what they do for us and while they work.

And maybe you read the above and said – hey, was it really that exciting and powerful? Perhaps you learned in a class too large for the deep work, or remotely without good support, or just in a format that didn’t allow you enough space to play. If you learned Reiki and didn’t quite see what all the fuss was about – this is for you as well! Here’s a glimpse at our rich and delicious Reiki Re-empowerment Schedule:

Day 1 – Explaining Reiju empowerments – receive your empowerment on this day and every day for the rest of the course.

Day 2 – Connecting heaven and earth – through gassho and the tanden.

Day 3 – The Reiki Precepts – as a mantra to bring forth their full power.

Day 4 – Cleansing with Kenyoku – the dry bathing.

Day 5 – Simple self treatment exercise.

Day 6 – Joshin kokyu ho to build focus and strengthen the tanden.

Day 7 – Seishin toitsu to move energy as a healing channel.

Day 8 – Hatsurei ho – the most essential Reiki meditation – which we will continue to practice every day for the rest of the course.

Day 9 – Making space – creating time and healing altars.

Day 10 – Setting healing intentions.

Day 11 – Guided self healing meditation.

Day 12 – Receive distance healing from me (you deserve it after all this work…).

Day 13 – The Reiki Shower – a cleansing exercise from Western Reiki.

Day 14 – A simple distance healing exercise.

Day 15 – Reiki healing for your past self.

Day 16 – Guided journey to meet your Reiki Spirit Guide (not traditional – but cool).

Day 17 – Creating a Reiki healing bubble for our group.

Day 18 – Reiki Undo – a traditional healing movement exercise.

Day 19 – Nentatsu ho – a Japanese Reiki method of working with affirmations.

Day 20 – An alternative, in depth self healing method.

Day 21 – Receive healing from our Reiki healing bubble!

How great does all that sound?Remember – there are empowerments delivered every day, from day 8 onwards we are doing Hatsurei, and the teachings and healings keep coming. Make space, my friends – there is some nourishing healing to be had here.
