Group healing sessions

I am very passionate about community healings (as you will know if you’ve ever been to my Reiki shares) – not least because it is inherent in so many shamanic traditions members of the community to bear witness to one another’s healing.

In the group healings we work with a particular overarching theme for the healing, but everyone present on the call is invited to state their own personal healing needs. Together we have a discussion about the work, followed by a meditation or guided journey to illuminate what we need to know. The remaining time is divided between safely held and guided self healing, and settling in to receive a powerful Shamanic Reiki healing ceremony blessing everyone in the group.

I have so much gratitude for today’s session! It was so beautiful, so powerful and so magical – in these group healing sessions you have created something really special. I’ve got so much to think about after this – it was the healing that I needed but didn’t know how much, it was absolutely perfect.

Sessions are 3 hours long – time to ask for what you need, for us to drop deeply into ceremony and for me to work for the whole group. We discuss follow up actions for everyone at the end, and ensure that each person is grounded and safe after the work.

The sessions are recorded, recordings are available only to the signed up group, and remain available for 30 days in case anyone needs to revisit. Please attend the group healing in person to get the most out of it, and to hold ceremonial space and witness your fellow seekers in the group. If you cannot attend in the end, the healing work will still include you, but you will miss out on the community aspect of the work which is so healing in itself.

Group Healing Saturday 29 November, 2-5pm:
Healing the Web of your Life: FULLY BOOKED

This healing session is grounded in the understanding that healing is a holistic phenomenon. This means that everything we are connected to is affected by our healing work.

We will work in circle together to discuss how the healing journey we undertake affects the whole Web of our Life. Every time we release an outdated belief system or a trauma stored in the body, this healing flows from us into our web of connectedness. This means our relationships and our work may also benefit and be transformed. It also means – in my opinion – that all healing is ancestral healing, flowing backwards and forwards along ancestral lines.

We will begin with an opening ceremony and prayers of intention from everyone in the group, to ascertain everyone’s personal healing journey at that point. I will then lead the group on a guided shamanic journey to view their own web.

After a break and group check in, I will guide the group through a self healing ceremony to repair threads of the web. This will be tailored to the needs of each individual – so it could be for healing inherited beliefs, relationships, creativity, money…. everything is in the web! We will identify everyone’s focus and it will be held.

To finish, after another break, the group will rest into a completely receptive mode where I will provide a powerful Shamanic Reiki Drum healing for every one in the circle.

Those of you who come with Reiki or shamanic experience, you can bring this experience to our collaborative work. However, the session is fully guided and held so no shamanic experience required. This session is open to all.

Everything you need to have with you for the call is easily accessible and preparation work is minimal – all will be explained in the joining email sent out before the healing session.
