Course bookings

When you make a course booking with me, confirmations are not automatic; under normal circumstances you will hear from me within 48 hours confirming your booking. For Reiki 1, 2 and RMT bookings you will receive, with your confirmation, access to all preparation materials including the full digital manuals. the Shamanic Reiki courses do not involve preparation so materials are not provided until afterwards.

If you cancel your booking before receiving your materials, I will refund the deposit received, less the fees which are collected by Paypal at the time of booking.

On rare occasions, students may need to cancel a booking at a later time, after materials have been sent. If so, I will always endeavour to transfer the booking to a later date at no extra cost. Under normal circumstances I would be able to transfer a booking only once.

If you need to transfer your booking, I ask that you give as much notice as possible. Courses are kept small to preserve the quality, and there is often a waitlist of students which means I am able to resell your place on the course. Only in circumstances where I can resell the place, and no materials have been provided, I would be able to refund a course deposit less any Paypal transaction fees.

Healing bookings

Refunds are not available for healing sessions that have been provided, or programmes of healing (such as the Oak Programme) that have started. Please be aware that space is limited for my one-to-one attention, and that I will not be able to resell at short notice places that have been held for you. If you arrive late for your appointment, I will most likely be unable to run late at the end of the appointment due to my other client and student commitments. The full cost must still be paid for those appointments.

I understand that circumstances may occasionally mean that you need to change your appointment with me, and I will do my best to rearrange your appointment at no extra cost. This will be subject to my availability at the time, and under normal circumstances I would be able to do this only once to preserve the limited time I have available for my clients and students.
