For this month’s Reiki Skills Lodge we had a good long talk about spirit guides! This is not a traditional part of Reiki, but it is an aspect of traditional shamanic work that is easily brought in to Reiki practice. On this workshop we covered how to meet and build relationship with spirit guides, and also covered some of the pitfalls and ego traps that come with leaning into this sort of visionary work. There was of course a live Reiki Drum journey to meet your own guide.

Below is the live recording, and it’s suitable for all levels and lineages of Reiki. There’s some informal chat in there, and a slight interruption to the rhythm of the drum journey at one point when I had to move during it! That’s live tv, baby 😉 Relax into it my friends, the rhythm resumes and the energy keeps flowing…
